Hello Stamping Friends

It's Friday and I'm sure glad for Saturday and Sunday this week. I've been subbing 4 days a week for the past few weeks so I have a new found appreciation for the weekend. Being that it is Friday, that means it's time for another Fabulous Friday posting with the Sisters in Stamping.

This week we selected a challenge to make Thanksgiving table favors or place cards for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday. I took the challenge a step further and combined it to make a Thanksgiving table favor that doubled as a place card. Genius, you're thinking, right? Not really but it was pretty easy to combine the two.

 

This dinner favor/place card came together very quickly thanks to the Thankful Tablescape Simply Created Kit found in the Holiday Catalog. The only thing I used that were not a part of the kit were   the cello bag and adhesives. You can make these for everyone at your Thanksgiving dinner within a matter of minutes. The only cutting I had to do was the white bark like paper behind the Papa banner. The folded piece of tangerine tango designer paper that makes the topper for the bag was the perfect size already. Easy, right?

Just buy some trail mix already made or if you want make your own, fill the bags and there you go. A perfect little accompaniment to your Thanksgiving table. The kit has enough supplies for 10 guests. Below you will find a picture of the complete kit. Lots of great stuff included in it.
