Hello Stamping Friends,
It's time for another great blog hop with the Stampers Dozen group. Such a talented group of ladies that I am honored to be a part of. Be sure to scroll to the bottom to get to the links to keep hopping.
I just love the card I'm sharing with you today. It literally cracked me up when I made it. I was just so proud of my ingenuity. HAHA Leave me a comment and tell me what your thoughts are.
The Sale-a-bration set, Driving By, is such a fun set and I saw so many possibilities with it immediately. I knew I just had to have it. Well, this card wasn't on my mind at all, but when I sat down to play with it the first time potholes came to mind. There's so many massive holes here in Pennsylvania that you play dodge the pothole while driving.
To be perfectly fair, I gave each lane a pothole to avoid. Wouldn't want to leave any one out of the game. (HA) I punched a hole and then used a black Stampin' Write marker to make the edges look a little rough like broken pavement. It was the perfect thing and I am so pleased with how they look. Plus, notice I made the lanes where they were passable, but unfortunately for these cars, they are going to have to hit the potholes because there is a car coming in the other direction preventing them from passing. Who would have ever thought you would hear someone say they are please with potholes? (Yep, still cracking myself up over here)
You can get the Driving by Stamp set for FREE with your $50 order until the end of this month. When you order $50 or more you will also receive a FREE PDF of over 30 projects with instructions. CLICK HERE to order today. Use this HOST CODE to order.
Keep hopping to see what the other ladies in Stampers Dozen have to share. You won't be disappointed.
