And now for the card or two? Yes, I'm really showing you two cards here today. But really they are the same colors, same layout, the only thing different is the stamps used. Just wanted to show you that you can use "copy" card layouts that you like using stamps you have.  I actually created the second one first during Sale-a-bration. I loved the Feeling Sentimental set (my favorites were the bike and the phone booth from that set) but I quickly came up with the "substation" for the the first card because I really liked the look of that first card so much and I needed to make some swaps for the regional seminar I went to in Baltimore a few weeks ago.

What do you think?  I love the simplicity of this layout. The extra layers really add so much to a card with minimal stamping.  Also, sponging the edges of the vanilla pieces totally brings it all together.

Isn't it fun using different stamps on the same layout and getting totally different looking cards?  Why would you want to re-create the wheel, especially if you are short on time or even short on creativity.

Hope you liked the cards.  And don't forget the sale runs through Monday, so check out those retired lists, compare them to your wish lists and get your order in.

Have a fabulous Saturday!
