A Perfect Little Gift Bag

Hello Stamping Friends,

I'm back with more Flock Together samples today. Hope you enjoyed the Holiday samples shared by Sisters in Stamping yesterday.  And of course, I hope you will enjoy todays post as well.  I made this little gift bag using the Birds of a Feather designer series paper. It is actually quite easy to do, especially if you have the Simply Scored tool.

I stamped a cute little 3x3 card that attached to the ribbon handle and finished the bag off with some stamped tissue paper. It really is a one of a kind gift bag that will certainly wow the recipient before they even peak inside to see the real gift.

Below you see the side view so you can get a better look at the overall bag.  Once you make one of these beauties you will want to make more for sure.

Steps To Make the Bag:
1. Score 2 separate pieces of matching designer series paper  at 3" on 3 sides. On the 4th side score at 2" (this is the top)
2. Fold over the 2" score line, use snail adhesive to keep it in place.
3. On the bottom of each piece cut up on each score line (right and left) to the horizontal score line.
4. Using sticky strip, assemble bag by attaching the two sides first, then fold in the sides of the bottom and then one side and attach the final side with sticky strip.
5. Punch holes on each side to thread ribbon through to make a handle.
