Holiday Decor, Stampin' Up! Style

This week at Sisters in Stamping we are sharing some Home Decor Ideas with everyone.  I decided to share the Snowman that was made at one of my classes back in October.  We also made a turkey and a pumpkin.  All three use the decor blocks used in the Idea Book & Catalog.

Just sharing the Snowman today because I thought the other two were, well ya know, out of season. So you can purchase one set of decor blocks (4 to a pack) and make the complete set like we did at the class or you can just make 2 snowmen from it.  Your choice.  Love being able to give you choices.

The big shot was used to give the snowman texture.  We used the Snow Burst embossing folder from the Holiday mini (remember it's available until January 3, 2012).  The mouth, eyes, and buttons used the little flower type punch from the trio pack (I thought it looked more like coal that way).  The nose was just the tip from the pennant punch.  Used the poppy parade ribbon for the hat and the scarf.  I love the way the snowflake felt accent finishes it off nicely.

Don't forget to head over to Sisters in Stamping for more home decor ideas.
